On November 29, 2023, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Creative Activities (ORCA) and the Institute of American Cultures (IAC) held a reception at Royce Hall to honor UCLA Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Fellows (external link) and the UCLA recipients of the Racial and Social Justice (RSJ) (external link) and Latinx Studies Seed (LSS) (external link) Grants.
These programs are central to UCLA’s collective commitment to supporting diversity in research. ORCA and IAC aim to create an intellectual community among the recipients in order to foster new collaborations and support efforts to secure additional research support.
